These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at filelaurelcore.click and any visual production commissions engaged with Laurel Core Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Laurel Core," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Laurel Core Analytics provides visual production services for sustainability and ESG reporting, including chart sets, infographics, and layout-ready visual assets. We do not provide metric validation, assurance, legal advice, or narrative copywriting unless explicitly agreed in a written scope document.

2. Commission engagement

A commission begins when both parties sign a scope estimate or written agreement and the client pays the required deposit. Scope documents specify deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate estimate.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, validated metric data with source references. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of data supplied and for obtaining necessary permissions to share confidential information with Laurel Core. Delays in data provision may extend production timelines without penalty to Laurel Core.

4. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive a licence to use delivered visual assets in their sustainability reports, regulatory submissions, and stakeholder communications as specified in the scope document. Laurel Core retains ownership of production methods, templates, and pre-existing design elements. Clients may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute production source files to third parties without written consent.

Laurel Core may display anonymised or client-approved work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before production begins.

5. Revisions and approval

Revision rounds are bounded as specified in the scope document. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed count are billed at the day rate stated in the scope estimate. Final sign-off must be provided in writing (email acceptable). Work is considered complete upon final file delivery and written client approval or seven calendar days after delivery without documented objection.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat pre-disclosure report data, metric spreadsheets, and unreleased visual assets as confidential. Laurel Core will not disclose client identity or report contents without permission, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

Laurel Core's total liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the fees paid for that specific commission. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regulatory penalties, or reputational harm resulting from data inaccuracies supplied by the client or from the client's use of delivered visuals outside the agreed scope.

8. Website use

You may access and browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without permission. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation or access restricted areas.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from commission engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Active commission agreements are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of engagement.
