Client context: Mid-size textile exporter preparing first standalone sustainability report. Scope 3 Category 1 (purchased goods) represented 78% of total footprint but supplier data arrived in inconsistent units.
Commission scope: Scope 3 Supply Chain Visualisation — treemap by supplier tier, category comparison bars, and three-year trend line.
Challenge: Client revised upstream weights twice after initial delivery when two Tier-2 suppliers submitted corrected activity data. Each revision required treemap recalculation and footnote updates.
Outcome: Final figures passed assurance review without visual-related findings. Report published on schedule for AGM distribution. Client re-engaged for 2025 annual report visual package.

Client context: KRX-listed electronics components manufacturer transitioning from a 12-page ESG supplement to a fully integrated annual report.
Commission scope: ESG Annual Report Visual Package — 31 primary figures, 9 infographics, dual Scope 2 reporting panels.
Challenge: Brand guidelines specified a navy palette that failed greyscale print tests. Laurel Core proposed a revised palette preserving brand identity while meeting print legibility requirements.
Outcome: Report printed 4,000 copies for AGM distribution. IR team reported positive analyst feedback on emissions trajectory clarity.
